Responsible for whole life cycle from planning, budgeting, designing, coordinating，execution to managing facilities engineering projects and functions in APAC to build up world class facilities in APAC
Coach and develop APAC facility engineering team’s capability and competency to proactive support business needs.
Develop and provide guidance of facility engineering standards, project management process controls order to continues driving the improvement of standard and management system.
Project compliance audit and assessment
Managed and coordinated design work from concept to construction phase, working closely with design team, facility operation teams and key stake holders
Leading and coordinating cross function team and contractors to successfully deliver complex projects within budget cost, meet and beyond quality standard, comply to local Gov. regulations, meet company EHS requirement and on schedule which to exceed internal customers’ expectations
Planned, managed, and tracked all construction works at the site in collaboration with construction management team, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, budget cost, and time schedules.
Conducted comprehensive risk assessments and developed contingency plans to mitigate project risks, resulting in minimized project delays and reduced costs.
Promote energy efficiency program and best practices sharing program across APAC site
Job Requirement
Typically 12+ years of facility engineering, renovation
construction industry, with a proven track record of success in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning, budgeting, design to execution and delivery in Vietnam and other countries in APAC
Typically requires 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience for project management.
Department and project budget is managed according to plan
KPI objectives are achieved within target
Department processes are reviewed/audited for continuous improvement
improvement and cycle time reduction opportunities using Process Value Chain method
Department processes are ISO9001 and ITAR compliant
All department records, reports and metrics are accurate and generated on time
Relevant Company Technology Control Plan, Export
Design, plan, bidding, monitor, audit and manage facility engineering project relating to build up new site, re-layout project, M &E installation, relocation and modification of building, plant utility system, equipment and other operation functions across APAC site.
As key technical consultants and solution provider for internal customers and stakeholders of APAC site
