- Plan marketing for projects/products (objectives, budget, detailed plans for events/communication/CSR, etc.).
- Establish regulations, processes, guidelines, and forms to support marketing and communication activities.
- Build the project/product brand.
2. Manage Marketing/Communication Activities.
- Organize marketing/communication activities with the public/target customers.
- Coordinate internal marketing/communication activities (employees, distributors/agents).
- Manage marketing and communication service providers.
3. Evaluate Marketing/Communication Results.
- Summarize and analyze marketing results.
- Evaluate customer experience.
- Engage in improvement/adjustment of plans and implementation.
4. Customer Database Management (CRM).
- Manage and analyze the customer database.
- Monitor the provision of customer databases and analysis results.
5. Management and Operation of the Marketing Department:
- Ensure that all marketing activities of the department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
- Manage the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure cooperation and individual development within the department.
6. Perform other tasks as required by BOD.
