Responsible for Quality functions for designated manufacturing site. Escalation path for quality related risk assessments and decision making.
Maintain the system and continually improve its effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Provide product and service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements to support our business.
Lead team to solve quality issues.
PRODUCT QUAITY CONTROL
Lead various teams, includes but not limits to: QE, IPQC, Testing/Reliability, Green compliance, FAI.
Ensure quality products and services delivered to customers with the most cost efficiency, fully customer satisfaction, and rule/ regulatory compliance.
Understand sufficiently and correctly products, customer quality requirements.
Coordinate with customers and Coherent oversea colleagues, and Handle customer complaint.
Deploy quality management system and quality tools to ensure quality meet customer expectation.
Respond quickly and accurately to customers.

Job Requirement
Bachelor in statistic, engineering, chemistry, material science or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience.
Statistical and quality tools to collect, research, and analyse data.
ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, Customer service handling, 8D, and continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
