Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, recording, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Research discrepancies, review customer accounts, and contact customers directly for collection purposes
Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status and other management reports as required by the line manager.
Coordinate with internal departments to optimize cash management and forecasting processes.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor banking activities.
Assist in cash flow forecasting.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Other required tasks.
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or relevant fields degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong at taxation knowledge.
Good written and spoken English.
Time management, negotiation, critical thinking skills.
Be able to work under high pressure.
Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical and a fast learner.
Be able to perform as an effective team player and work independently.
