Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned job, including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding, and recommend innovative idea to attract and retain talent.
  • Propose and implement effective employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract talent.
  • Create compelling recruitment content, social media posts, other materials to promote the job posting and engage with potential candidates.
  • Monitor and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of talent acquisition.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment experience in a reputable recruitment firm
  • Strong knowledge of various talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Solid understanding of employer branding principles and practices, with a focus on enhancing the organization's employer value proposition.
  • Familiar utilizing social media platforms and other digital channels for recruitment marketing and employer branding purposes.
  • Advance in English, especially academic writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, internal stakeholders and Service agencies.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment activity.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
