Conduct research on tax laws and update relevant tax regulations.
Prepare quarterly and annual tax compliance reports.
Assist with tax audits and state audits for Wanek and its affiliated companies.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, including FCT, VAT, CIT, and Transfer Pricing.
Support the VAT refund process and provide status updates to the Board of Directors.
Consolidate information and provide explanations to the US team as needed.
Supply information for Transfer Pricing preparation and review Corporate Income Tax finalization for Big 4 requirements.
Research, prepare, and review official letters for Wanek and its affiliated companies on a case-by-case basis.
Address system issues related to E-invoice issuance and delivery notes for internal warehouse transportation.
Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports for Wanek.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance;
2. Experience:
Strong experience in Tax Accounting & Analyzing;
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
3. Skills:
Good English communication;
Detail-oriented & willing-to-do mindset;
Proficient in MS Offices and related Tax softwares;
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
