Manage and implement expansion plan including opening, renewal, relocation, closing any POS.
Work closely with internal & external teams on contract to ensure best practice and cost saving.
Run reports, P&L appraisal to analyse rental cost/ company, store budget.
Maintain strong relationships with landlord for business opportunities and any supports.
Manage team members’ efficiency.
Report to Manager all tasks within the team.
Job Requirement
At least 2-4 years of experience as leasing from a fashion retail company and/or from Landlors/ leasing agency.
Good negotiation skill
Financial background
Strong analytical and structural skills
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
Good in communication both English & Vietnamese
