• Assist superior in planning and arrangement of the projects.
• Daily supervise work progress at site following the schedule and implement day-to-day activities.
• Ensure work quality is achieved, and safety regulation complies.
• Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients.
• Arrange regular meetings/discussions with a relevant party (e.g: workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
• Good communication skills and able to handle customer complaints and feedback
• Reporting to superior especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work.
• Discuss and plan the mover and installers with logistic and PM team.
• Delivery arrangement from warehouse to site location.
• Manage and supervise the unloading and loading the materials at site
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

• Fresh graduates in architecture and construction are welcome to apply. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the related / construction field will be advantageous.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AUTO-CAD will be added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Good Team player to communicate with key Project Team
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work late night if required and travel to other provinces as required.
