Job Description

• Know how to operate and understand the operating principles of machines on SMT line.
• Responsible for supporting the production line to set up programs, troubleshoot problems on the SMT line to achieve the desired results.
• Monitor and maintain the stability of the SMT machine to make sure all the machines run smoothly and stably (Laser marker, Printer, Glue Dispenser, SPI, Chip mounter, Reflow oven, AOI, X-Ray, BGA-Rework,..).
• Perform installation, modification, maintenance and repair of machines in the Prepare area, Harness.
• Monitor and update the OEE of the SMT line and make suggestions for improvement.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with ensuring equipment and processes meet production capacity targets and outputs
• Maintain tooling and consumable supply inventory
• Follow work instructions and suggest improvements
• Routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.

• Skilled in using Excel, Word, Cad, Solidworks.GC-Powerstation, Pentalogix,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to problem solve and work with minimal supervision toward a stated goal.
• Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
• No experience will be trained, experience in SMT is an advantage.
• Honest, careful, agile, have a high sense of responsibility with work, withstand high work pressure.
• Graduated from Colleges, Universities majoring in engineering (electronics, electronics, telecommunications, automation, ..).
• Preference will be given to those who have worked as an SMT technician at XP's.
