1) Report to the Sourcing Supervisor and Sourcing Manager.

2) Building RFQs from customer BOMs or sample, obtaining quotes from different suppliers, negotiating price, terms with them and integrating pricing data into BOMs to reply timely to all quotation requests.

3) Sourcing, evaluating new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers to get their best support.

4) Providing solutions to improve company spending via cost saving activity

5) Continuous involvement in the supplier selection process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

6) Record and be able to retrieve all quotation data to help reduce the time to respond to RFQs.

7) Interface with Purchasing Department, communicate all useful quotation data, help find stock for non-planned orders. Handle ordering for sample/ NPI

8) Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD/ Sourcing Manager/ Sourcing Supervisor.

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Supply Chain Management or related field. 

2) Experience: At least 2 years of Purchasing or Sourcing experience.

3) Officer computer skill: Proficient use of Excel, Word, Outlook.

4) English: Good written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

5) Other skills: Analytical, negotiation and organizational skills; ability to self-study.
