1. Recruitment:

- Coordinate with other departments in the company to plan manpower and deploy the recruitment plan of South Feed Team;

- Manage recruitment procedure for all deparments to ensure qualified staff, right person, right job, meet the job requirements and fix company’s culture

2. Maintain and manage human resources

- Supervise and manage the tasks of South HR team and deploy BOD's request of South Feed BU smoothly;

- Check and manage salary regulations, bonus under KPI, the remuneration policies, benefits and motivate employees engrossed in work and monitoring of South Feed BU;

- Suggest disciplinary rules and oversee the implementation of such provisions

3. Consult and update the rules on related problems to Board of Directors

- Advise and recommend to the BOD of South Feed BU promptly amend and supplement the text of the Company to conform with the civil law, business law, labor law, insurance law and the bylaws.

4. The other activities build company culture and reinforce safety and order of South Feed BU

-  At least 03 years of working experience at the same level in HR and GA;

-  Work experience in a big size company will be preferable;

-  University degree or above in Human Resources, Labour Economics, Economic Law;

- Good command in English;

- Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..);

- Master the legal system such as Labour Law, PIT, Social Insurance;

- Ability to handle situations and resolve conflicts;

- Having good communication skills; capable good presentation;

- Good health, energetic, enthusiastic and work well under pressure high.
