Sunrise Events Vietnam (SEV) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Senior Sponsorship Account Specialist/ Executive to join our team. The dedicated person will manage and execute sponsorship agreements, ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and provide exceptional customer service to sponsors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of sponsorship sales and marketing.

Besides, he or she should have extensive experience in sponsorship sales and marketing, as well as a strong understanding of branding and event management. SEV portfolio includes up to 8 calendar events. The individual should understand

Expo’s sales strategy and understand how to communicate with and leverage a wider team including marketing, creative, accounting and operations departments, to meet the targets set. Individuals with a pre-existing sale network particularly in sports event sales, will have a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and execute sponsorship agreements, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sponsorships are executed flawlessly.

● Work with sponsors to develop customized sponsorship packages that meet their specific needs and objectives.

● Provide regular reports and updates to sponsors on the status of their sponsorship agreements.

● Assist in the development of sponsorship sales and marketing materials.

● Attend events and meetings with sponsors as needed.

● Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to sponsorship sales and marketing.

● Other tasks required by the Line Manager.

Skills and qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales and marketing.

● High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure setting while juggling multiple tasks/relationships.

● Ability to win others over and create win-win outcomes.

● Ability to travel as needed.

● Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a plus.
