Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the die & mold maintenance section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
Lead & improve mold & die operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity.
Manage general of die & mold section including repair and maintenance die & mold, related equipment...etc.
Lead and develop strong Die & Mold Maintenance Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Job Requirement
Have at least 5 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Graduated from University
English good (Japanese is preferred)
Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, die (at least 5 years’ experience in repair & maintenance die & mold – prefer press die)
Long term and short-term vision
Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
