Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Job Requirement
Have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Graduated from University
Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
Long term and short-term vision
Project management experience
Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
