Job Description

The Studio Operation Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient livestream productions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional livestream experiences.

In the Studio Operation Lead role, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a team of studio technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality livestream productions.
  • Collaborate with producers, livestreamers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute livestream events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest livestreaming technologies and trends, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the studio's capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during livestream productions, implementing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a safe and organized studio environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience in livestream operations, with a strong understanding of streaming protocols, encoding, and delivery methods.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency with livestreaming software and equipment, including cameras, switchers, encoders, and streaming platforms.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream production schedules.

3. Competency requirements:
