Job Description

  • Communicating with guests and assisting with check-in/out.
  • Answering guest inquiries and helping them proceed with bookings.
  • Handling guest issues and complaints.
  • Helping guests with luggage, airport pick-ups, and other inquiries.
  • Submitting reports.
  • Replenishing amenities & inspecting properties.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Vietnamese fluency a MUST.
  • English proficiency a MUST.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Good sense of customer service skills.
  • Customer service experience in any setting.
  • Must have a motorbike, as our properties are in different locations.
  • Good health and comfortable to travel between properties in District 1, HCMC.
