Job Description

  • Manage and develop operate the company's salary and benefits policies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and propose changes in line with the company's trends and goals
  • Develop support/incentive packages related to salary and bonus, employee health care…
  • Supervise and review payroll payments and account reconciliation
  • Manage databases, personnel records and related documents
  • Periodic reports according to the assigned work.
  • Team development staff to meet the company's development needs
  • Other duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 04 years of experience in the relevant field, including at least 02 years of management experience in a similar position.
  • Have knowledge and practice about Labor Law
  • Financial acumen
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Shuttle bus: 7 Distric, 10 Distric, An Suong
