This role will support our International market with below tasks:
- Source with vendors for appointed products.
- Deal trade term, payment term with vendors/forwarders.
- Liaise with shipping/courier services companies to handle shipments internationally and domestically.
- Review, make Principal/Sales contracts, NDA; complete Vendor Accreditation forms provided by customers.
- Compute RFQ as required by Sales team.
- Receive & fulfill Sales orders, solve issues to ensure delivery of goods to customers on time.
- Monitor shipment status and update delivery schedules to customers.
- Receive customers' forecasts and align with SCM team to determine order volume.
- Study destination countries’ Customs law, advise Sales team on the most efficient logistics route to optimize costs.
- Proactively work with customers for repeated orders.
- First window to receive feedback from customers, coordinate with related department to resolve issues timely and effectively.
- Brainstorming, testing, and executing new processes to enhance delivery service.
- Coordinating with Accounting - Finance team to follow up invoices and cash-flows.
- Make reports.
- Other sales support tasks.
