1. Mua hàng

- Tính toán order hàng hóa phục vụ nhu cầu bán hàng

- Gửi order và theo dõi tình trạng hàng về

2. Xuất nhập khẩu

- Theo dõi & Quản lý các lô hàng nhập khẩu

- Chuẩn bị chứng từ nhập khẩu gửi FWD khai báo, theo dõi và tiến hành thủ tục thông quan hàng hóa cùng FWD, xử lý vấn đề phát sinh

- Làm thanh toán và quản lý chi phí nhập khẩu

3. Quản lý kho

- Thực hiện xuất/ nhập kho

- Quản lý, kiểm soát tồn kho

- Bổ sung hàng hóa cho các kho chi nhánh

4. Các công việc khác được cấp trên phân công

1. Purchase Order

- Calculate goods orders for sale

- Submit orders and track delivery status

2. Import and export

- Track & Manage imported shipments

- Prepare import documents to send to FWD for declaration, monitor and conduct customs clearance procedures with FWD, and handle arising problems

- Make payments and manage import costs

3. Warehouse management

- Carry out warehouse import/export

- Inventory management and control

- Replenish goods for branch warehouses

4. Other tasks assigned by superiors

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Logistics

- Kinh nghiệm 2 năm về xuất nhập khẩu, quản lý kho, chuỗi cung ứng

- Có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống SAP

- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc

- Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

- Thành thạo MS Office (Excel, Power Point,...)

- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Hàn

- Graduated from university or higher, major in Logistics is preferred

- 2 years of experience in import-export, warehouse management, and supply chain

- Experience with SAP system is preferred - Teamworks, high sense of responsibility at work

- Hardworking, careful, problem solving skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point,...)

- Priority is given to candidates who know Korean
