Guide the visitors, including customers and third parties, to visit the factories/forests
Conduct presentations to the customer about sustainability.
Respond to internal or external parties regarding sustainability issues relating to FSC/PEFC/GGL/SBP/ISO, etc certification scheme.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors, working units, and internal and external parties such as certification bodies and consultant services in sustainability.
Regularly follow up and update the BOD and sustainability team on any changes from the certification scheme.
Assist with other responsibilities related to the sustainability department.
Job Requirement
University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Forestry major is preferable).
Experience in the same position is a big advantage. No experience can be trained
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese, languages are a must
Strong research and organisational skills.
Good time and task management skills.
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical/ observation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Willingness to travel to project sites for work within Vietnam and possibly for short trips abroad, if necessary.
