I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Recruitment oversight
- Actively manage job postings across various platforms, source potential candidates, and coordinate interview schedules to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.
- Review resumes, perform initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with the company culture.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance during the recruitment process.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are smoothly integrated into their new roles.
Staffing needs assessment and job description creation
- Review and update existing job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required, keeping them aligned with industry standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the HRBP Team & hiring manager whenever a new or vacant position arises, ensuring job descriptions are well-defined and aligned with the role’s requirements.
- Collaborate with HRBP Team to address any compliance-related issues immediately when they arise, taking corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure continued adherence to laws.
Reporting
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality to assess and enhance recruitment processes.
