- Prepare data for the brand's monthly shipments (15-20 shipments/ month).
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of existing and new product data.
- Automate the data input process to improve efficiency.
- Support the team in deploying new retail systems, tools, and platforms.
- Manage the payment process/ credit note tracking to Hermes International.
- Track Delivery claims.
- Support overview Operations efficiency at the store.
- After Sales overview.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Hermes Brand Management department.
