JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company’s cost accounting system and work independently with general supervision from management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare consolidated financial statements including balance sheets, profit, loss and subsidiary statements.
• Review and analyzes general ledger account balances.
• Verify accuracy, makes recommendations for corrections.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation and balance sheets.
• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company’s cost accounting system.
• Prepare complex entries relating to cost accounts.
• Work timely with AR Team & Logistic Team to prepare and monitor E-invoices issuance.
• Prepare all reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT and all other taxes etc.) monthly, quarterly, yearly and submitted timely and accurately.
• Review all CIT declaration and bookings for monthly, quarterly and yearly period. Cooperate with various internal departments and stores to provide reports or information as required.
• Seek ways to identify tax savings opportunities and work with others, where applicable, to implement those strategies approved by Jabil management.
• Must be analytical and knowledgeable in accounting procedures and practices and be capable of working independently with general supervision from management.
• Liaise and deal with audit, tax authorities.
• Keep up to date on changes in tax law, related guidance and Vietnamese accounting system.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Plus 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• English communication is advanced.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
• Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Experience in analytical tasks and research.
• Working knowledge of tax technical rules.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
