• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further in North Vietnam.
• Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and meet objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in the infant nutrition, dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage categories, as well as developing new sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly in the dairy sector, to maximize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development
