Workforce capability development:

• Build system, procedure, training material, facilities for workforce training to ensure enough skill for operation with clear record
• Establish, execute, monitoring training plan based on workforce planning
• Daily monitoring workforce loss through quality, productivity …to act based on procedure in daily basic
• Maintain training record

Training resource development:

• Develop training resource including: trainer, facilities, material … to ensure training effectiveness

Team development:

• Build and execute a team capability development including multiskilling

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
• 3 years at the same position in MNC , in furniture industry is referred
• Job analysis, skill assessment, multiskilled development, competence profile development, Technical training process , training & qualification
• Training process, Manufacturing processes
• Training & coaching, Communication, Problem solving, Data analysis, Train the Trainer,
• Presentation skill, Negotiation, Time management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Power point, Power BI, Data Analys
• Proficiency in English
