Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân sự hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
Yêu thích và có định hướng theo mảng Nhân sự.
Nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, cẩn thận.
Trung thực, chăm chỉ,chủ động trong công việc;
Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (Word và Excel).
