- Analyze market situation, market trend, trade area, potential customers’ behavior
- Understand current business performance (by analyzing historical data)
- Contribute & Develop MKT (promotional) programs monthly/ quarterly/ occasionally (sales-driven marketing) for all channels: offline & online
- (social platforms, e-com, delivery platforms, …)
- Work with internal MKT members to prepare & launch programs (communication, design, POSMs, …)
- Follow-up team members & help/ guide them:
▪ To work with internal departments to get well alignment & roll-out on-time, in-full (Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain (POSMs), …)
▪ To extend partnerships & build landlords’ relationship to enhance brand awareness & drive traffic
- Manage & track MKT programs’ performance weekly/ monthly & revise if needed to meet business objectives
- Do post-evaluation reports
- Others scopes of work assigned by line manager
