Create training content and training reports.

Provide the product, process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.

Make a training plan and assessment for newbie agents.

Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.

Manage attrition rate during new hire training period

Coordinate with Team Lead and QA on training/coaching plan on requirement.

Update training materials and ensure agents well trained updated knowledge and information.

At least 1-year experience in customer service training position

Experience in E-Commerce, Technology, Content Moderation is a plus

Good at communication, training content preparation/customization.

Good at training/ presentation skill

Good at English communication skill
