Mô tả công việc:

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hành chính hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất:

1. In ấn tài liệu sản xuất:

• Phân hát quà tặng, hộp LEGO, và phiếu quà sinh nhật, v.v..

• Cập nhật thông tin chuyên cần và bảng thông tin nhân lực của phòng ban.

• Đóng các đơn hàng không đạt chuẩn và phân phát các thiết bị bảo hộ cá nhân

• Quản lý việc phát đồng phục LEGO định kỳ và hỗ trợ các nhân viên trợ lý hành chính sản xuất.

4. Nhiệm Vụ Khác:

• Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý.

Job Description:

Handle administrative tasks to support production activities:

1. Document Printing:

• Print and organize production orders, plans, and sealing labels.

• Print additional documents like QA lists and checklists as requested.

2. Manage Public Tools:

• Oversee printers, locker room keys, digital cameras, and mobile phones in the production area.

• Place purchase requests in the Coupa system for production needs.

3. Support Shift Members:

• Update the Huddle Board daily.

• Print HR-related templates and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.

• Distribute welfare items, gifts, LEGO boxes, and birthday coupons.

• Update attendance and maintain the manpower board.

• Close non-standard operation orders and distribute PPE (gloves, sleeves).

• Manage regular changes for LEGO uniforms and support 5S specialists.

4. Other Tasks:

• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Do you have what it takes?

• Prefer graduating from High school 12/12, secondary vocational school

• Have working experience in Manufacturing environment

• Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.

• Computer skill to print document, place PR on Coupa system.

• Have Shift-working experience is preferred
