Job description

• Responsible for managing assigned internal/external team level production improvement projects.
• Establish and monitor production improvement projects (including processes, standards, KPIs) to track project performance
• Continuously monitor and adjust project processes, KPI standards accordingly
• Organize, share and align on plans for production improvement projects with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Establish improvement results reports and follow-up actions for projects

• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án cải tiến sản xuất cấp nhóm nội bộ/bên ngoài được giao.
• Thiết lập và theo dõi các dự án cải tiến sản xuất (bao gồm quy trình, tiêu chuẩn, KPI) để theo dõi hiệu suất của dự án
• Liên tục theo dõi và điều chỉnh quy trình, tiêu chuẩn KPI của dự án cho phù hợp
• Tổ chức, chia sẻ và thống nhất phương án cho các dự án cải tiến sản xuất với các bên liên quan (nội bộ và bên ngoài)
• Thiết lập báo cáo kết quả cải thiện và hành động tiếp theo cho các dự án

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree above
• Experience: 5 yrs above in footwear engineering or data analyst
• Language: English proficiency
• Skills: Efficiency Improvements & Project management
• Knowledge: Knowledge of shoes manufacturing process is required
