• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Submit and reconcile reportsMaintain internal systems (Datamyne)
• Order office supplies and research new suppliers
• Book travel arrangements
• Liaise with Administrative Assistant Supervisor to handle requests and queries from senior managers

WORK LOCATION: NGO QUYEN, HAI PHONG

• At least Internship or part-time experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secrectary, Sales Admin, or Office Admin Assistant
• MUST HAVE RECEIVED A COLLEGE/ BACHELOR DEGREE
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus

• Working time: Monday ~ Friday: 8:00 ~ 17:00 + Saturday: 8:00 ~ 12:00
