Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, guide, support, and supervise the processes of receiving, dispatching, organizing, and storing raw materials, finished products, and goods in the warehouse.
• Assign, manage, and supervise tasks within the team.
• Train and develop a professional warehouse staff.
• Oversee the storage of incoming and outgoing documentation, other management records, ensuring they are complete, organized, and systematic.
• Control the inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Organize regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory with accounting records.
• Control the process of raw materials and finished products turnover in production (using the FIFO method).
• Arrange personnel for stocktaking and supervise the process.
• Monitor the storage duration of goods and periodically check the condition of stored items.
• Regularly inspect employees' work processes and take responsibility for the performance of subordinates.
• Ensure effective operation of forklifts, conduct regular maintenance and inspections.
• Organize, maintain, and manage the warehouse's equipment and any items stored by other departments.
• Manage SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) in the department, ensuring the safety of people, the environment, and goods.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and fire safety standards, regularly inspect the fire safety status of the warehouse.
• Plan daily warehouse operations and measure the outcomes against the plan.

• Over 4 years of experience in managing production warehouses.

• University degree in finance, accounting, logistics, or related fields.

• Understanding of warehouse management systems on SAP.

• Conversational English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ethical, honest, cautious, calm, decisive, and possesses leadership abilities.
