Summary

Our partner is seeking an accomplished Warehouse Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. The job holder will be responsible for managing warehouse operations across four factories, developing staff capabilities, processes, and procedures to achieve key performance indicators and meet business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing and monitoring overall warehouse operations, including processes, receiving, packaging goods, goods return, and inventory control management.

· Develop and implement procedures, workflows, and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities.

· Manage warehouse operations across plants and coordinate day-to-day activities.

· Plan and implement strategies for space utilization and product delivery.

· Ensure subcontractors follow SOPs and work instructions.

· Provide necessary guidance, training, and development opportunities to warehouse staff.

· Maintain and enforce safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse.

· Define and monitor KPIs for transportation activities and implement action plans to achieve objectives.

· Monitor costs and service levels, and define corrective actions to stay within budget.

· Continuously seek cost-saving and process improvement opportunities, and develop execution plans.

· Bachelor's Degree (or Master's Degree) in Supply Chain/Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related majors.

· Minimum 10 -15 years of solid experience in warehouse operations and inventory control management, with at least 5 years at the management level.

· Solid experience in managing number of large warehouses in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading team about 100 -150 warehouse staffs.

· Ability to handle complex situations and problem solving skill. 

· Ability to drive teams to achieve business results.

· Good knowledge of SAP and WMS.
