Human Resourse:
1. Training in knowledge, sharing in experience and skill/ attitude for WH’s member and create periodic classes for more closing connection and updating knowledge.
2. Provide clear instructions, definitive input and constructive direction to improve job knowledge, team member engagement and talents development for all.
3. Manage all activities, documents and results of all teams in whole areas based on responsibility.
Warehousing & Logistics:
1. Managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse follow up FIFO, FEFO, GSP, GDP, HSE, etc.
2. Maximizing space and transportation usage within and the rented warehouse.
3. Organize periodic stock take to team and solve all discripancy related to mismatch, damage, near expiry, expired, … following exactly Regulation in Pharmaceutical field.
4. Cooperate and update to manage, distribute, file, secure and monitor all related documents of departments. Ensure all documents not missed. Arrange and prepare for re-evaluations warehouse and certificate.
5. Deeply check and improve SOP/ working process/ structure (if any) to sure effectiveness in operation of team.
6. Co-operating with other team as Dept. Sales, Import – Export Team, Regulatory, FAC, … to deploy, run and improve day by day smoothly operation, system, documents...
7. Responsible for joining all activities of logistics: meeting, audit, inspections, projects evalution GDP/GSP, …
