Purpose of Position

• Monitor the plan and assign, supervise Goods receipt group’s work
• Monitor and report customers service supply activities

Responsibilities

• Check and supervise goods receiving activities to ensure that tasks are processed accurately, on time and with high efficiency (at company warehouses and clients’ warehouses)

• Make sure the activities of goods receipt to abide by the procedures and comply with GSP, GSDP, and HSE regulations.

• Contribute ideas to improve operating processes more effectively

• Monitor and make report of customers services supply monthly

• Coordinate with warehouse Supervisor to train new employees including internal training

• Immediate report to the managers about unusual issues for promptly resolving

• Assign staffs to achieve job goals reasonably. Supervise working hours, job performance of staffs, be ready to assist employees to complete assigned tasks/

• Perform the other assigned tasks from the managers

• 4-year degree pharmaceutical college or university graduated
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar position
• Good in written, speaking and listening English
• Good collaboration skill
• Strong communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse is preferred
