Responsibility
- Taking overall responsibility for Sales activities for Hai Phong’s project and other projects (in the future).
- Creating and managing the sales plan, budget plan, and cost of implementing business plans to ensure the company's cost-effectiveness.
- Developing sales strategies that go along with strategic plans of the Company, ensuring sales goals are achieved
- Conducting real estate market research, updating company & other competitors for project progress; support and facilitate the development of annual preparations and monthly review of sales forecasts
- Working with sales agencies to support sales activities, and distribute company products;
- Monitoring distribution channel development to achieve sales revenue & sales targets, updating information about the good basket, and newest sales policy….
- Finding prospects and potential customers, developing relationships with important customers
- Being responsible for forming and organizing team, including but not limited to recruiting members, managing sales materials & working procedures, working with partners...
- Training and supervising the Sales team
- Being responsible for sales team KPI and team members' performance
- Working with internal departments for procedures related to sales activities;
- Instructing and training live reports, developing employee performance.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD
- Working location: Hồng Bàng district, Hải Phòng
- Monthly Salary: 60,000,000~70,000,000VND (can be negotiable)
