<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Set goals for the channel sales department (CSD) and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving the targets and budgets
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the channel sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customers/ dealers base and ensures its strong presence
- Engage deeply in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Monitor and supervise the business of the Company's dealers
- Build a good relationship with the company’s partners to get the best support from them
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers/ dealers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
