<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar, or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years in Project Sales in pump/ valve/ pump systems with proven strong sales and negotiation skills.
・Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
・High level of computer proficiency including CRM database experience and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
・Proven ability to draft and execute a detailed business plan for the allocated territory.

- Communication skills: Strong integration and coordination between departments or personnel and ability to build genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Decision making: Ability to identify customers’ challenges with alternative products and provide technical information along with a rational analysis in order to complete the sale.
- Positivity and influence: Ability to build rapport quickly and influence clients naturally during the sales cycle. Able to remain in a positive and resilient frame of mind despite challenges associated with the sales process.
