Your Role:

As an Academic Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our innovative learning solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating top-notch participant manuals, surveys, and other materials to enhance training effectiveness.
• Designing clean and clear presentation slides for our trainers, ensuring they align with DC’s brand guidelines.
• Managing mapping tools and training solution systems on ERP platform.
• Adding subtitles to videos, creating demo activities, and developing tests to enrich the training content.
• Contributing your creative flair to developing new products and training programs.
• Offering valuable support to projects across various departments.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Mastery in PowerPoint, Word, and PDF, bringing your ideas to life with finesse.
• A collaborative and efficient approach to communication, driving effective teamwork.
• Quick thinking and adept at creative problem-solving to tackle challenges head-on.
• Traits of integrity, positivity, innovation, accountability, care, and a thirst for continuous learning.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in translation, and program development.
• Experienced in education, business analysis, and academic projects would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning and Development, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
