Overview: The Project Coordinator will manage projects for key strategic clients of the company, overseeing both internal and external projects to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Internal Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely project initiation and progression.
2. Monitor and manage production timelines.
3. Oversee product quality control processes.
Client Interaction:
4. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to address Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with designated clients.
5. Engage on client platforms for discussions during development and approval for production readiness.
6. Collaborate with clients during batch testing and inline inspections.
7. Define quality requirements post-discussions with clients in coordination with QA.
Logistics and Documentation:
8. Arrange product inspections as scheduled.
9. Submit product documentation via email or client-specific systems.
