You will be responsible for the full set of accounts in Vietnam and partnering with the Global Accounting & Finance team in all accounting activities.

• Handle daily accounting activities and responsible for full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, management reports, supporting schedules, and reconciliations in English on a timely basis
• Assist in local auditing and prepare tax returns and other tax compliance matters
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accounted for and efficiently controlled
• Handle daily payments and staff reimbursement of expenses
• Translate Vietnamese reports, documents to English and communicate as a bridge between local parties and the headquarter
• Work closely and report to headquarter finance team
• Assist on ad-hoc assignments or financial analysis

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting
• Solid accounting foundation, able to handle basic accounting independently
• Experience in reporting to overseas headquarter is a plus
• Good analytical skills and numerical sense
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
• Good command of written and spoken in English; with Chinese is a plus
