The Assistant to Group Marketing Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to Group Marketing Manager. This dynamic position requires the ability to prepare documents upon request, as well as focus on organizing calendars

• Take charge of developing marketing campaigns/projects based on briefs and templates, following the guidance of the Group Marketing Marketing.
• Generate regular reports on marketing activities.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors, or stakeholders regarding relevant campaigns.
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the Group Marketing Manager’s ability to effectively lead the team.
• Manage the Group Marketing Manager’s calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.

• University degree in Business or Marketing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
