As a Product Specialist, you will provide knowledge in Bakery and support to the Sales team and customers.

Product Expertise: Maintain a understanding of Ly Gia Vien's bakery product portfolio, including features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.

Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in presenting and demonstrating products to customers, addressing technical questions, and overcoming objections.

Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new and existing products, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to sell effectively.

Content Development: Contribute to the development of product-related marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Proven in Bakery, Culinary, Nutrition, Food Science

Knowledge of Bakery products. Passion for F&B and a desire to educate others.

Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva. Presentation and communication abilities
