Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in collagen products. They are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Manager:
- Strategy Development, Planning, and Presentation to the Board of Directors (BGĐ)
- Develop brand development and communication strategies for each brand according to the company's business orientation, strategy, and objectives.
- Create annual plans and organize the implementation of brand development and communication activities for each brand.
- Implement quarterly and monthly plans periodically.
- Develop and present sales channel plans, allocate revenue target proportions for each channel according to the brand's development goals.

Operations, Supervision, Measurement, and Solutions- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and effective campaign budgets.
- Manage the quality of images and content across communication channels (KOL/MI, OOH, PR, Collaboration, Digital, POSM, Events, etc.).
- Collect and process information about the market, consumers, and competitors.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication activities and propose solutions.
- Anticipate brand risks and crises to have timely handling measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue from each channel in combination with marketing programs against the set plan objectives.
- Promote the company's sales revenue and profit growth.
- Analyze sales data (revenue, SKU, etc.) periodically.
- Propose solutions and ideas to improve the brand's development in terms of both revenue and branding.

Management & Coordination- Build the personnel structure for the team and propose recruitment.
- Manage and direct the activities of team members.
- Train and develop the team in skills and a sense of responsibility as well as teamwork.
