A wonderful opportunity for Sales/ Business Development talent who wants to work as a start-up with tons of support, good idea and best practices from our biggest market

• Own and being fully responsible for the P&L of Vietnam market
• Review and improve a good go-to-market model in Vietnam, work closely with our distributors in Vietnam
• Define right product assortment by channel together with regional marketing and HQ product team
• Establish, review and analyze product pricing structure
• Develop channel development plan with distributor(s), perform product presentations to potential wholesalers & retailers
• Develop, recommend, and gain Management approval of the annual business plans
• Supervise the execution of the promotion plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of approved budgets
• Work closely with HQ’s functional groups to ensure full compliance of corporate policies and procedures at country level

Ideally s/he possesses

• A bachelor degree, and 8 years of solid experience in sales and business development, preferably from FMCG (esp. paper tissue, wet wipe, sanitary napkin), beauty (facial cleansing), or baby-care category, with minimum 2 of it at managerial position
• Has experience in managing distributors independently
• Has experience in dealing with national and local key accounts/ modern trade
• Hands-on experience with beauty, pharmacies & baby-care chains is a plus
