A wonderful opportunity for Sales/ Business Development talent who wants to work as a start-up with tons of support, good idea and best practices from our biggest market
- Own and being fully responsible for the P&L of Vietnam market
- Review and improve a good go-to-market model in Vietnam, work closely with our distributors in Vietnam
- Define right product assortment by channel together with regional marketing and HQ product team
- Establish, review and analyze product pricing structure
- Develop channel development plan with distributor(s), perform product presentations to potential wholesalers & retailers
- Develop, recommend, and gain Management approval of the annual business plans
- Supervise the execution of the promotion plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of approved budgets
- Work closely with HQ’s functional groups to ensure full compliance of corporate policies and procedures at country level
