PURPOSE AND SCOPE
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Team Leader with execelent sales skill and passion in B2B business development in general. You will be the leader to our dynamic business development team, together driving outstanding business results.
Volume based strategy & planning
- Set volume based sales objectives based on business objectives and align the objectives with Business Growth Manager.
- Build the overall volume based sales strategy with relevant pipeline and activities throughout the year to achieve business objectives.
- Develop your own work plan and manage the work plan of team members following the strategy.
- Report to the Business Growth Manager and BOD about the effectiveness of the overall performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
Project based strategy & planning
- Set project based sales objectives based on business objectives and align the objectives with Business Growth Manager.
- Build the overall project based sales strategy with relevant pipeline and activities throughout the year to achieve business objectives.
- Develop your own work plan and manage the work plan of team members following the strategy.
- Report to the Business Growth Manager and BOD about the effectiveness of the overall performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
Team Execution Management
- Event management: Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for the potential clients.
- CRM: Follow up CRM process and implement CRM activities across channels to capture potential clients.
- Others: Implement other sales activities based on the strategy at each period.
Customer Satisfaction
- Follow-up and Coordinate with related Departments to resolve incidents
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
Team Leadership & Management
- Build & manage a team of specialists & executives together.
- Coach & feedback to develop team members and maximize their potential.
