- Promote new products and develop new business prospect in market, follow up on leads and referrals in the market.
- Developing growth strategies and plans of new products including non-standardized equipment’s business opportunity for organization.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and increasing client base.
- Work on business proposal, MOU, contract.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Leverage relationships with key accounts and responsible to maintain daily customer service related matter.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Work closely with Customer and Regional team/Corporate team/other countries on studying customer requirement, new product design, product suitability and risk analysis.
- Coordinate for material & supplier sourcing, contract terms clause for non-standard products and set up proper process, service workflow, and educate stakeholders for non-ECR products
