Diag, one of leading medical laboratory in South Vietnam, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing employee compensation and benefits programs within a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.

2. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in compensation and benefits.

3. Support the HR team in analyzing and evaluating employee benefits packages.

4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

6. Help maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.

7. Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

**Job Requirements:**

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in compensation and benefits management.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

8. Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

9. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages.

10. Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
