• Responsible for sourcing and buying new products under FMCG & Fresh food category
• Build and maintain relationship with suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, timely delivery, billing, etc.
• Plan and develop strategies to achieve monthly sales within budget
• Analyze market trends to make insightful buying decisions
• Plan and ensure timely delivery of products and coordinate with Operations team on inventory matters
• Coordinate and brainstorm on launch product campaigns and product push
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments such as Business, Operation, Customer Service to ensure that product listings and promotions are aligned
• Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating best deals and pricing with supplier

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Retail industry (Supermarket, Hypermarket,...)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively bilingual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
