• Manage Mirae Asset Finance service distribution channel network at partner stores
• Manage the operations of the ASM/Business Supervisor/Employees
• Build, develop and expand relationships, good cooperation with partners
• Train and guide ASM/Business Supervisors in employee management, negotiation skills and relationship building
• Propose, build promotions, commission policies, sales suitable for partners
• Ensure smooth operations at the point of sale
• Build and regularly update the process for the sales network
• Ensure the point of sale properly applies all the company's programs
• Control the budget in the area you manage

Education level, certification:

• Graduated university
• Male / Female, from 30-40 years old.
• Balanced appearance, good-looking.

Experience:

• 05 years of experience in business, finance-banking industry with at least 03 years of experience in the role ASM of installment sales channel.
• Have knowledge of market development, Finance, Sales and marketing

Skills:

• Leadership skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Staff training and coaching skills
• Can work independently and under high pressure
• Ready to work
• Have a team spirit and ability to build a team
• Preference will be given to candidates with good English
